Using sophisticated GIS techniques, LP3 consider a significant volume of unique, bespoke and relevant environmental data, property information and in house research to identify lands suitable for development.
LP3 assign the target lands or project to an in-house, experienced land manager for specific attention. The land manager will go beyond first contact, overseeing the delivery of signed option agreements and acting as a point of contact for the landowners as required.
LP3’s project management team can coordinate a larger programme of acquisition, or deliver an acquired project through the remainder of the development process.
